What we buy

How the price is set

We pay a multiple of your trailing monthly net profit. Marketplaces show 18× to 36× for faceless channels in 2026; where you land depends on catalog age, revenue concentration, topic risk, audience geography and how much of the work transfers with the channel. We show you the model, not just the number.

The process

  1. Day 0. You send the channel URL and grant read-only YouTube Studio access (or share a 12-month analytics export).
  2. Day 1–10. We verify revenue, score the risk and send a written offer with the model behind it.
  3. Day 10–20. Terms agreed, purchase agreement signed, funds deposited with an independent escrow agent.
  4. Day 20–30. Ownership transferred, verified, escrow released. Handover of two to six weeks depending on the workflow.
Confidential by default. No listing, no bidders, no audience disruption. Your channel name is never disclosed to investors before you have agreed to the terms.

Keep a stake

Some owners prefer to sell a majority, keep 20–40%, and let our operators run production. You stop working, the distributions continue, and you participate in the resale. Ask for the partial-sale terms.
